Yes, definitely

They were shipped on 18th June and arrived on 23rd June

Yes, definitely

* How was the communication?
Lovely! Courteous and efficient

* How easy was it to pay?
Paypal, no problems

* How long did it take to ship?
2 days! My one criticism is that they shipped to my billing address, not the shipping address I also provided. This wasn't a huge problem, as it went to my home instead of office, but it did mean I had to make a trip to the PO as no one was home to receive delivery!

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
AiL heads are quite pricey, but I absolutely LOVE HIM - the resin quality is lovely and the finish flawless and he is so beautifully sculpted.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes!

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Absolutely without a doubt. And to top it off - as I ordered just before they started a sale, they included a free wig and gorgeous glass eyes! Which are, coincidentally, EXACTLY what I wanted for him. What a wonderful company!
