Communication was excellent - prompt, friendly, articulate, detailed. (Yes, they speak English.) How easy was it to pay? Very easy. He sent a list of all charges including Paypal and shipping fees and the address to send payment via Paypa. How long did it take to ship? I waas told the head would be shipped after the tenth, I was given a tracking number on the 11th and it arrived on the 13th. Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Absolutely. Did the item look like the sales pictures? The blank head looks exactly like the images on their site. Were you satisfied with the product? Yes. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. ^__^

Excellent English and very helpful and patient. They responded to me about 12 hours later after each email I sent them. How easy was it to pay? Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? For SUCH A BEAUTIFUL HEAD HELL YEAA!!!! I purchased from YJ through a YJ agent only 5 days earlier before they put the heads in mail order ^^; So, initially I didn't directly communicate with AiL. But later on once the head arrived with a pair of complimentary glass eyes and one eye appeared damaged upon shipping. I wrote to AiL. They were great to communicate with. Excellent English and very helpful to help solve the problem. We ended up by AiL sent me 2 pairs of glass eyes for replacement free of charge. How easy was it to pay? Via paypal and wire transfer. How long did it take to ship? In my case, it took me about 2 weeks. Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Absolutely YES! Tho I have paid a little bit more for the 10% agent charge, I still found it worth the price! Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes. Were you satisfied with the product? How easy was it to pay? Quite, was given total in Yen and PayPal acct address and paid that way. How long did it take to ship? Was shipped probably w/in 24 hours of payment!
