Alice in Labyrinth [AiL] Elijah head

Thanks. I tried to make the faceup yesterday but the pastels I have are making me crazy. I need to buy new ones and start from the scratch *sigh

Eljiah (now Morgan) is home! It took like five minutes to get used to the head--he looked a little alienish with the silver eyes. I'm good now and totally in love---can't wait to see owner pics!! i checked AiL's website and it seems she's had an influx of orders for Elijah so there should be some really nice ones out there soon!

 

Can you believe how small the eyes are? I tried my Ginarolo 12mm I use for my unoa's and they fit in Elijah nicely.. can't wait to find some other colors. not too into the blue metallic that came with the head, but they size is cool

I haven't received mine yet....I have no idea what to do in terms of the face up. Maybe I'll wait and see what other ppl have done with their Elijah and hope to get inspired? I'd like him and my Bertram to be twins, so I think I will wipe off my Bertram's current faceup and do him and Elijah together so that way my hand would have remembered how to do the same face twice in a row.

 

That is a good idea. I can't wait... I may be working on my dolls on Monday. I'm stuck with the class until then...

Oh man! The second his head was released I turned to my friend and said "Man he would look great with some thicker brows." And there you have it. He's stunning lyn_r, completely stunning. I think you've just shoved Elijah up my wish list a couple of slots.

 

AiL is made from pure LOVE.

I placed my order yesterday noon, they confirmed my order at night, my friend helped me pay with her paypal at around midnight, I emailed AiL this morning asking for the payment confirmation when they received the fund, they replied within 2 hours saying they've received the money.

They're going to ship my Elijah head tomorrow OMG.

He'll be waiting for me in Jakarta LOL xD and maaannn... AiL works even on weekends... ;u; *tears of joy and happiness*

I actually did write to them right before the heads were released to get a price. Now that they are actually available I guess I will notify them again to confirm the order.

I think all of the AiL heads are just so expressive and captivating.

It took me an eternity but I finished the doll. Her name is Chaire Shelley. I only need new clothes LOL. Here is the pictures of her in the gallery. She on a SD10 body.

 

does any know if Elijah would work with Dollstown elf or Dollstown 13G body?

 

I think the elf body would be too small. I have my Elijah head on a Dollstown 15 boy body and I like the proportions. I'll try to take a photo later.

It is friggin' amazing, the creative potential that this face mold seems to evoke. Your Elijahs are so very unique and beautiful! Maybe if I had seen your dolls before I would have felt a little over-awed^^

I got my Elijah some time ago, when I was looking for a doll that would allow me to inresinate my character Ashbless who wears braces. I needed a head I could mod for wearing those braces. Along came AiL Elijah, and he was perfect, tooth part and all, love at first sight!



I just think AiL's dolls really have some kind of magic to them!^^

does anyone have their elijah on a body that they're happy with? i just received my DIM minimee body for my elijah, and i don't like it at all. it seems way too big for him. it just looks, weird, i don't know. i've seen it in photos before and thought it looked good. but, any other confirmed successes with other bodies?

Hello,

I just bought myself an Elijah head after continually coming back to the AIL sight for months just to stare at his picture.

I really like the way he looks on a Dollstown 15boy body, but if I'm correct, that seems to be a NS skin head/body. I bought a WS head. So I'd like to know how Dollstown's equivalent of white skin matches AIL heads.

I'm actually thinking of buying him a Fantasy Doll body, since it is cheap and I am aware of someone who has their Elijah on a FDoll body. Does anyone have a picture of an Elijah on an FDoll body nude, so I can see the proportions, resin match, ect.? Preferably a White Skin one?

How tall is that body? I really want my Elijah to be nothing more than 60-63 cm tall.

 

I've got two DG bodies, and really like them for the price.

I love these sculpts! I ordered Elijah's head and hope he will fit on an EverPurple body. I want him to be "young" and not too big and muscular. I hope his head fits on his body. I adore his face. He is so innocent-looking. I just heard from AiL and they will ship him in a few days. They are wonderful to work with - and so considerate in their correspondence. I'm so excited!

I just got my Elijah yesterday and BOY he is amazing. He is so pretty. The resin matches my Minimee body perfectly I`m not to much fan of these Minimee bodies but better with a body than not. I will try to take some pictures soon. My sister have taken my camera so I wont have a camera for at least 10 days But I shall try to find some one else to borrow a camera from.

Quite the changes. Elijah have now become a Oshare/ Decora cute boy I just had to have at least one dollie boy with this kind of style. And he is just perfect for it. I love my Oshare and Decora boy sososo

He is borrowing a DOT body (for the moment) on the picture and resin match is horrible so I try to hide it behind all the clothes.

I'm hunting for a body too, for both Elijah and Bertram, both to be girls. I've tried to measure their neck hole with a tape measure, but its hard to do. I really don't want to have to alter the neck part of the body when I find one. If anyone can tell me neck sizes that fit I would be grateful.
