I would love to know what clothing BB's can fit into. I'm hoping to use some of my vintage composition dresses.

 

My weedy arrived and I love her! Here's a couple of pictures:

Does anyone have Ling or Lan? Those kitty girls are tempting me.

 

I'm also very interested to see if anyone has a Lan. I've been eyeing her for a while but would love to see more images of the sculp before making any decisions.

 

I just ordered Ling on the curvier body with faceup and body blushing! Apparently the wait time is about three months? (Fairly standard, but as I don't hear many people ordering from them, I was harbouring secret fantasies of one or two months, even with the current global situation )

I'll try to share lots of pictures when she comes as I've never seen a Ling in the wild!

 

Does anyone have a Yuyuko or Ryou? I really like their photos on DenverDoll and I've been thinking about one.

 

I've ordered a Yuyuko, so I can take pictures when she arrives. Not sure how long Aimerai's turn around is for orders!

 

Thank you! Being unfamiliar with the brand, it's hard to get a feel for what they look like in person, and I really think some owner photos would help me decide.

 

I LOVE Yuyuko! And I almost had the money to order her but it didn't work out. I have a specific character in mind and hope to get her one day but I have a doll on layaway already so it's not looking great. But I second owner photos!! The only Aimerai mini I've seen in person is one of the cat girls and she was really lovely.

 

I just adopted a Weedy. She's adorable!

 

Oh, neat thing I learned! Weedy's foot fits the little tennis shoes on keychains you can get on Amazon. I've only tried it with a pair of socks so far, but maybe this information will help others.

My mini Yuyuko has arrived! She's the biggest doll I own so she feels huge to me lol. If anyone wants specific pictures, just ask.

^ A look at her faceup, eyes, and tongue insert. To note! She was ordered with the Petite Yuyuko faceup, not the Mini Yuyuko Faceup.

^ All dressed up. The wig has been the only tricky part as it likes to slip off. I was also surprised by the colour! The wig in the pictures looked like a medium grey shade, but in real life it's two-toned (almost black navy blue and dark malachite green).

OMG!!!! I love her!!!!!! Dang!!! I gotta get one! I'd be repainting the teeth and tongue parts, but I LOVE the face up so I'm definitely ordering that!

Adding this as I think it is important:

The wig is from an AliExpress store called MiuCat. Their name was on a tag inside the wig. It doesn't fit well because that wig doesn't come in a size that fits Yuyuko perfectly, and may also be why the colouring looks different from the promos. Not really sure why they did this but there ya go. The wig is good quality it's just ill-fitting and not what was advertised.

 

That's really weird! And a shame if you need to buy her a new wig that fits.

Just out of curiosity I went and double-checked my Aimerai girl's fullset wig and it doesn't have a label in it at all, let alone for this shop, so I don't think that's their standard practice... though granted she's not one of the shark dolls.

 

Yeah, it's really weird. In another thread, I've been told companies sometimes use other shop's for parts of sets. It's a nice wig just a tad too big. I'm going to purchase a wig cap in her size and see if that works.

 

OOOPS!! I put the green skin Wicked doll on layaway! She's so cute! And I have been eying that sculpt since she was released because I want to make a Jenny Greenteeth doll (evil fairy from British myth) and the green skin and tongue and face-up were too good to pass up!
