I'm a little confused. What kind of critique are you looking for?

An image of the garment on the doll it's intended for would help if you want qritique on pattern and construction.

A bit fo background about the source material would help if you want critique for charachter accuracy (I am not familliar with who "Aerith" is.)

 

I'll second Lilith that it'd be helpful to know what kind of critique you're looking for along with a couple pictures of the dress on the doll. It's a little hard to tell how the dress fits, etc. with it laid flat.
