Seoha and Haseo sure is a very very beautiful sculpt.
I can't stop myself from fangirl-ing through the whole photoshoot

P/s : These two was on spirit doll 70cm body. The skin match very well ! Although neck size was kind of kinky, you should sand it off a bit.

Really curious to know if any DoA user(s) actually own all Switch sculpts and planning to get Doha as well? That would be really interesting.

I can't wait to be able to show my Haseo off~ His faceup is almost done but it still needs a few more touches and it keeps raining!! T__T But sooon~

 

My faceup artist just finished my Seolrok and he is GOOORGEOUS, I cannot wait to show him off here!

Seolrok was my grail sculpt and I spent a pretty penny to get him. I'm over the moon! I found someone who could give him strong eyebrows and lashes honhonhon and make him look pretty.

In other news, my Waseon shipped out this afternoon, right on time!! He's coming blank, so anyone have any favorite faceup artists to recommend??

Is it just a recommendation, it will look strange or won't fit at all?

wow I´m amazed. Today I took some quick pictures with my good camera of my holy Soseo and I´m glad I worked with him. His mold is not easy and seeing something in him was hard at first. He looked so different from company pictures...

I want to spam picks of my switch boys but my Dojin and Soseo are both still at the faceup artist.bmaybe one day soon I can share some pics.

 

I plant to order their new clothes but I'm not sure if I put the item on the basket, will it be on the hold or it won't? I'm afraid that when I'm adding the new one,the previous one might be sold out. Does anyone know?

Hi! I've Soseo holy ver. head. Question for Switch hybrid owners - what kind of body is the best for him? (company, resin color)

 

@SugarFirefly I had my Soseo on a Feeple65 body briefly but the one I had was the muscular one and it didn't suit his character so I put him on a real Switch body eventually. I have my Holy Soseo on a Popodoll 68 body though and it looks good! I need to upload some pics of that somewhere to share. Or you can always PM me for one

Hi guys, I am new for the Switch, I just really like Seolork very much, but I have missed it QAQ Do you thing it is possible the From Switch will sell him again?? If not I may have to wait for the secondhand.

 

I have my Haseo on the 66cm boy body. It looks amazing!! Proportions are perfect. I have group body swap photos I took for comparisons I can share. I have both front and sideviews. Please excuse the off-topic dolls also in the comp photos~

Here's a quick snapshot I took of my boy. The colors are whack. In person, the color match is a lot better. He's on the pinker body.

TasiaChiba Thank you!! He is on a Pink Skin body? And what about Normal Skin- classic? Which one is better? I can't find photos with ns and pink resin together

 

The bodies in my photo are pretty much the two different tones. Normal is the pinker tone, Normal Classic is the tone a little more yellow, but also paler. A fellow Mirodoll owner posted a comparison with the new resin colors on her Flickr: Miro skins

The Normal Skin Yellow in the Flickr link is the discontinued color, though I believe you can still technically request it... like Starbucks secret menu, haha!

As for better... my experience is the Normal Pink is a better match for Switch resin. Classic is much paler.

 

@TasiaChiba Your Haseo looks really nice on the Mirodoll body. I was recently checking them out because I have way to many floating heads, and I really need to do something about that. :P

 

the mirodoll 66 body looks nice with the Switch head.

does switch make you use ems for shipping items like the sweaters?
they're a nice price but not with $24 or so ship.
I'd get all three with 1st class shippi g.

 

As far as I've ever seen Switch only ships internationally with EMS.

I have a switch Milhwa and I am absolutely in love with him! I just bought a Shiho on impulse. First time buying directly from Switch. Does anyone know how long the wait time is currently? I can't seem to find anything on their site.

 

It will say at the bottom of the listing when the item will ship by in my experience that's always been accurate for time, or they've shipped earlier than estimated. September monthly items are due by December 6 (they sometimes change the dates though, I had a body say December then it changed to January somewhere in the middle of my wait, but at least it was nice to get an update of sorts).

 

fromSWITCH has recently revealed that the new mocha boy is their Waseon sculpt. Thoughts? I personally admire this new tan iteration of the Waseon.

 

Speaking of the mocha brown skintone, for those who currently own any of these lovely tan boys, I invite you to please share some photos here. I am dying to see them since I haven't seen any in person.

Yeah I remembered faithz is a seller for Switch and was able to order all three colors it's a shame they were more expensive that way though

@Biancca14 correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty positive they only have the one girl msd, however I have seen some people make her a cute boy.

 

@yumenokaori Thank you for the heads up the sweaters were on FaithZ! I've never ordered from them but totally forgot about the sweaters. With shipping they ended up being about $33/each which I really don't mind paying. I ended up getting all 3. ^^;

 

My Seolrok head came back from faceup. Isn't he GORG?


Does anyone have any recommendations on a semi muscular body that will fit his smaller sized head and won't hurt the wallet TOO much? I can't buy right now *sigh* But I will next month thank god.

I've just gotten to this thread and have purchased my first Switch--the new Waseon in Mocha Brown from FaithZ. Soooo looking forward to that boy! He'll have the limited face up and painted nails. I hear the body isn't super great though, so we'll see....But I love the face up! Anyone else buy him through FaithZ or Dolkus?--those places you had a guaranteed doll without the lotto system.

Annnddd, Switch is apparently releasing some new hands, the Delicato? They look awesome...going to get a pair in mocha brown :3...

Looks like Switch won't be adding new heads to the monthly line-up anytime soon, huh? Figures, I fall for Uhui and he'll be difficult to get. Oh, and does anyone here have the HD60 body? I was wondering how it poses.

@xkelpiex awww ! Seolrok is such a cute sculpt. Your faceup came out great! I have yet to send my head I just got from the company to get faceups.

In the meantime I just got back two of my other heads from my faceup artist Hortus Conclusus here on DOA! Meet my Gyoha Divine who is named Seren and my Hwahui 5th anniversary who is named Amaury XD time to get them some wigs now and make clothes. Both boys are hybrids.

@xkelpiex My Hwahui uses a Peakswood body. Gyoha uses a Akagidoll body. And I have a Dojin head away on faceup who has a Lumedoll body. All of these bodies are great matches in neck size and resin! I'll put up pictures later.

 

@Sjota No wonder you put him in such a mature face-up. Switch sculpts are known for promoting youthful aesthetics and together with mature face-up creates an interesting juxtaposition that conveys your exact message. What a brilliant idea
