I`m waiting for Eva, unfortunately without centaur parts.

They are sooo adorable @Chibi Kitsune ! I love their flexibility. I wouldn't want to leave them either.

 

Oh goodness! I love them so much! And this solidified that I really do like the Eva face that they did for realfee. ;~;

 

Those are awesome! Mine are still in processing, so hopefully it won't be too much longer.

 

Thought I smelled spring in the air today so I made Mya a new dress to celebrate - of course now it's gonna snow again :/

I bought my first resin doll from Denver Dolls in 2016. It's Pukifee Zoe.
Everyone here was saying how great Realfees are, not too big, not too small, just perfect... And I was intrigued. When Fairy Land released Realfee Coco I just couldn't resist that sweet little face...

I told myself that one day I will get a boy friend for my Coco. I was determined to wait until FL would release a Realfee with centaur parts. I was completely stunned last December. My dream came true! What else could I do? There was only one possible solution. I'm waiting for Snow Fairy Luna

Well, my Eva is shipping, but Luna centaur is still in processing (they were two separate orders). Both had faceups, so hopefully it won't be too long until I get my newest horsey-butt

 

My Luna centaur full set is "before shipping" so it looks like the centaurs are getting ready!

 

Hello! Just got my first realfee (just a faceplate at the moment) as a gift. I love the little kissy lips and button nose! She's the new winter event. Does anyone else have her and have you given her a faceup yet? I already had plans to get a Coco and a Mari, so guess a third body is in there now too! ❤

 

Yes, I should be getting the Realfee event faceplate with my order soon too, but I'm not sure I can call her a Realfee without the pointy ears

I'm thinking of her more as a little Littlefee

 

@Donna80 She is cuuuuuuuuute! I did notice that they did human ears. Is that common for the events? And is anyone planning to have the ears modded?

 

Heya, I keep getting tempted to snatch up a realfee but I'm curious! Do any of y'all know if pukifee hands fit on the realfee body? It's just kind of a pain they only have one hand set.

 

Yeah the event Realfee do tend to have human ears. If the face was more similar to a standard Realfee, more animal, I would probably mod the ears to be more like those, but I'm turning my Pukifee into Realfee with Realfee headbacks at the mo, so I might make her more similar to my Pukifee upgrades

Unfortunately Pukifee hands are much to small for Realfee.

 

My Realfee Coco would like to introduce herself and say hi to you all. Her name is Rosemarie but I usually call her by her nickname, Romy.

Thanks! Yes, I did. I knitted a sweater&hat set for my Blythe doll. I'm glad that Blythe clothes fit Realfees. But that hat looks like a parachute landed on Romy's head

I'm so keen waiting for my Eva and Luna with their centaur bodies I haven't stopped to calculate the customs fee yet

 

Accidently ...both. Still don't know how this happened

However, I only got Luna with the centaur body, since I know myself well enough to know that I will not make much use of the centaur body. Yet the full set was just so beautiful and tempting, I just had to get at least one full centaur ;D.

Eva is already on shipping, but knowing how slowly our customs are currently processing the packages it might well take at least two more weeks until she will be at my doorstep.

The RealFees are multiplying wayyyy to fast here. This needs to stop!

With four of them at home and two more incoming, it's safe to say that I am. o______o

Oh well, I might just as well give in and start building them a little home of their own. They start to take up too much space in my bookshelves.

 

What kind of home did you have in mind? I'm planning a tree home for my Realpuki, but with the size of the Realfee I'm not quite sure where they'd live yet.

 

Eva showed up yesterday, a couple of days earlier than USPS had predicted online. She's adorable, and we're currently picking out eyes for her. Hopefully my Luna centaur will arrive soon and I can switch her onto the centaur body

 

@clochette Congrats on the arrival of your Eva! Did you get her with or w/o the face-up?

@Donna80 Well I do have some space problems here due to lack thereof .
Watching the trending clips on YouTube I've learned though that there seems to be this thing called Tiny House Movement, so I think my RealFees will join the movement and live tiny. Like really tiny. I don't know yet whether to make them a proper trailer/camper or just a teeny-weeny house. I still have to make up my mind about some details. Actually I would prefer the tiny house, one that I could easily fix to the wall, but then again the idea of a caravan is also tempting... the little centaurs could be harnessed to it.

 

LittleFee hands fit on the RealFee wrist-magnets, but they look QUITE LARGE, especially since the RealFees have such skinny pipestem arms. (Of course, I think the *actual* RealFee hands look too big for those arms, too... )

The only one of my RealFees who consistently takes advantage of 'our' stock of spare LTF hands is the one who's also got a LittleFee Head -- and she mostly wears long sleeves, so the proportions are not so glaring. If you're desperate for different gestures, though, it can be done!

 

Ooo, I hadn't thought about shelf-worlds A house or caravan could live on a good wall shelf.

 

Thank you! She's the fullset non-centaur, so she has the faceup but she came with the glitter eyes, which I don't care for. She will eventually be on the Luna centaur body, so we'll likely go with a shade of blue. I also wish they'd make spare "Real" hands, not only for Realfees, but also Realpukis. Not a lot of variety for either model.

I think a little gypsy caravan pulled by centaurs would be very cool!

 

I don't care for Fairyland's glitter eyes, either. When ordering from them, how do I ask for or order regular eyes? Thanks!

 

Unfortunately, I don't know, as I don't ask them to replace. I just replace them once they get here with a pair from my eye box. I imagine you could always ask them in the comments section of your order?

 

When you order, there's a drop-down menu for eye-selection called "eye upgrade." The glitter eyes are actually $20 extra.

 

Where did you get the pattern? I love dolls in overalls!

 

@GrammaDoll I got the digital pattern from DGRequiem on Etsy. I did enlarge the pattern 141% on my copier and they fit perfectly. The pattern is meant for 16cm bjd like Lati Yellow, Lutz, or Pukifee. Easy to follow instructions.

Congrats on all the arrivals and shipping notices! I'm (im)patiently waiting for a shipping notice for my fullset Eva. I added a wig to the order 2 weeks after placing it, so I'm hoping it didn't push it out too much.

I stopped getting alerts for this thread even though I'm still watching. Does anyone else have this problem? Totally weird!

My Luna centaur arrived this morning. He's beautiful! The wig is quite tight and hard to get to stay on. May need a few drops of tacky glue to the back part of his head. I'm not sure about the eyes. Even though the sparkly eyes are beautiful the color is violet and it is somehow wrong. I'll probably change his eyes at some point. Anyway, here he is. Meet Sleipnir:

In the meantime my full-set Eva appeared and surprisingly enough without any custom fees. Well, I guess I can invest the saved money into new eyes for her now .
Sorry for the bad picture quality, but it's very dark and rainy here.

Overall I like the full set, but the eyes are too big for my taste. The iris is so big that it's hardly possible to see the white of the eye which makes her eyes look dark. I guess I will have to replace them with smaller ones. Also the wig is very fluffy. I'll try and see whether I can style her or get a new one as well.

The new horse body is different from the hippogriff one, Fairyland did not reuse the rear part, it has been completely re-engineered. The centaur and hippogriff look great together, however:
