What a great news, finally! *___* Will hands avalible in honey skin colors? Oh, I hope they are. There are many dolls in honey skin and they wants the new hands too. ^^ And will they avalible for buying all time?

 

@BoneLace - I have six SDs, plus a large number of floating heads that either share bodies or are waiting for their own...so yeah...I know how you feel.

@BJDivas - Oh sweet! Can we get layaway for those too? And will they be cast by Dollshe as well?

@Kavarr - Oh ouch. Yeah given how much I've been working I value the sleep. You still should totally do it though. They'd look awesome together.

 

We will combine orders for shipping, just indicate in your order details the order # of your previous order (or if you forget to do that when you check out, drop us a note!)

New orders won't be able to do Honey skin. However, if you have existing Fifth Motif dolls, with a COA you can get the new hands in Honey skin for color matching. They won't be quantity limited, Mr. Cho isn't sure about time yet, since that would depend on Dollshe's casting schedule.

Yes, that's correct! But you'll need to talk to Mr. Cho directly since he has all the COA records.

 

It looks like BJDivas is down from everyone wanting a 5th Motif doll :/ hug of death I guess. I guess this gives me more time to think about what color I want. I was waffling between fresh and oriental, leaning towards fresh?

Is fresh more white or is it more like a really pale normal skin?

I would say that fresh is more like a really pale normal skin and oriental is normal resin color.

 

Very pale pink skin, but with a slight greyish tint to it. I had a fresh Saint here, and oriental is definetely more of a 'healthy normal skin', while fresh is 'pale'.

@Gab_Is_Dumb I'm having the exact same problem! I had initially ruled out copper oriental, but from videos and pics it doesn't actually seem to be as dark as on Dollshe's website? So…now I don't know what do

 

refreshing the page is probably causing the strain on the server side because of the volume of requests

Since the heads aren't quantity-limited, will BJDivas will be honouring order requests for them made via email during this time? Or will you accept them only during the exact period the fullsets are up for sale?

OMG...I managed to checkout and send a payment through Paypal ! I'm so happy I'm crying right now !

 

I got to paypal and selected cancel and return to BJDivas because I need a layaway I hope I still got him!

I have received an email from Paypal saying that the payment was sent, but no email confirmation yet from BDivas and I can't access my account (which is normal for now I guess ^^) so I'm still feeling a bit anxious, but relieved at the same time.
My hands are shaking right now, it's hard to type

 

Still 404 Error

 

I sent them an email and Microsotf rejected me:

Error. Remote server returned unknown recipient or mailbox unavailable -> 550 No Such User Here

lmao i sent them an email as soon as i saw the site was down and it looks like theyre not taking email orders until the website is back up so it sounds like no real point

I did the same thing but when I clicked back I didn’t get an order number because the page crashed, so I wouldn’t even know what order # to give to BJDivas to confirm my layaway.

 

Please don't worry everyone, we'll do our best to work with Fifth Motif to accommodate everyone that tried to order today. So very sorry about the mishap. Our host is working on restoring our site now.

I stuck on the checkout page. I just wait for it to link to my PayPal and the website is down. I'm so sad. I'm almost there. I'm gonna give up soon since it's 3:30 am in my local time now.

 

I wonder how you define "everyone who tried to order". Would it be only for not finalized orders? What about us refreshing and getting 404 constantly?

Same question here :/ Already had him in my cart with the right color and head and getting a 404 error since an hour.

 

I'm also stuck in the purgatory 404 limbo ... Would it be possible just to do email orders? And then send out individual links to people to pay?

Venitu and Goohwa are amazing dolls, so I am not at all surprised that the site has crashed because of traffic. I agree with the suggestion of having an order period versus a limited number of dolls.

If the email address is linked to the same server that hosts the website it may not work.

 

I meant, once their system is back up and running having email orders. Instead of having a click war, people could just email an order and BJDivas could manually enter it in.​

 

Not sure where the contact form on their page leads to, but their regular mail is a gmail address, so page and e-mail are two separate things.

 

Email from the BJDivas signature is from gmail.com, so it should work.

Hey everyone!
Does the fact that DJDiva crashed over the preorder of the 5th Motif Venitu dolls mean that there are to many people wanting that particular doll & so there won't be enough orders to go around?
If thats the case then, they would have to allow for more dolls to be made to fulfil the demand, you would think & hope so! Fingers crossed.

 

Website *should* be working again. If I have NOT responded to your manual order request, please try to place your order through the site again.

 

At least I'm getting a different error message now. LOL

The layaway option doesn't seem to be working... if I'm on paypal and click on 'cancel and go back to bjddivas' the whole order is cancelled and I don't get an order number.

Venitu has been on my wishlist for YEARS. I never though I would own one due to the ridiculous inflation on his price. I am trying to figure out if I can manage a second layaway right now. I think I can at least get his head, but I worry that if I don't get him with a body that I never will.

Out of curiosity, how easy is it to hybrid 5th Motif dolls? I'm looking at either pale or oriental skin.

 

I've seen a few good hybrids (go 3 or 4 pages back in this thread maybe), but they're not easy to hybrid. I hope you can get him!

 

Finally got my grail doll, Venitu in pale tan and decided to get Goohwa in copper oriental because he won't be available anymore.

 

For all of those waiting for their layaway invoices, I'm so sorry that you don't have it yet. I'll be working through the night but unforeseen circumstances happened to my teammate and I won't have help. I promise to get those to you guys ASAP. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.
