ABJD Video Contest - VOTING CLOSED

So many great entries! It was hard to pick XD

 

i had 3 favorites but i finally got it

 

I find once you narrow it down, re-watching the videos often helps. But there are a lot of good videos. The pain of a Video contest is have the time to watch all the videos. By my calculation you need at least 30 mins to watch all the videos, more if you re-watch videos.

 

This has definitely been the most difficult choice for me of all the contests. Really wish we could choose three as in the triathlon.
I think the mods should consider giving all the contests three vote choices next year. It makes it easier for the voters and nicer for the participants if the also-rans can at least see some consolation votes.

 

I am so impressed with everyone's videos. so much good work. But I know which one I like the best ... voting...

 

Took me a couple hours to get my internet running correctly, but I finally got to watch these videos! It was so hard to pick just one!

These are all amazing showcases of a variety of talents and styles. I had a hard time picking between three of them, but in the end, I think there is one video that shows the broadest selection of well-used techniques, creative costuming and set design, amazing use of camera angles and effects, and a story so sweet I actually teared up. Outstanding work, everyone! Watching these was so fun.

Yes they are all great!!!!!

I had to watch them at least 2 times, and after that I selected my favorite with a little lottery drawing. Not the most profesional choise, but at least, the ones I thought should get a chance at a vote, even if they are not the best, had it.
I think, on a contest that takes that much effort to participate in (not that the others take no effort, bit video making is a somwhat biger deal than a simple photoshoot) , we should get to vote for three participants. Different aspects, or something, like the triatlon.
Like someone said before, some consolation votes would be great.

 

That's a great idea for next year. Have different categories for the videos. There was one that I thought was best overall, but another I wanted to vote for because it was so darn creative. And another that was just the most fun to watch. It was a tough decision, but in the end I voted for the one that I thought was most creative. It was a really tough decision though. I mean, REALLY. LOL

It was very easy for me to pick my favorite - but there were as folks have said before, a few that were really outstanding. I'm in awe of all the talent!

 

I had 3 that I liked a lot so it was a hard choice for me too. ><

 

These videos are so amazing and creepy, it was such a hard decision! Great work everyone who submitted, I was truly impressed.

 

Good job everyone! It was a tough decision in the end, I was torn between three, all with different styles. In the end I had to pick the one that was closest to my personal preference despite the fact that I think some of you really deserve props for your concepts, editing, and creative styles!

I hope everyone who participated feels proud even though there can only be one winner!

 

These were all fantastic, and I loved watching every single one. Great posing and drama and fun. Until next year!

P.S. Will there be a way to watch these videos on the internet now that voting is closed? Is anybody uploading to YouTube or a similar service?
