    1. The second I saw the pre-release page for DearMine's newest sculpt, Agrippa, I knew I *had* to have them. I've never owned an anthro BJD before, but.... they're a GIRAFFE how can I say no to something so... particular? :XD:

      Best of all, I only had to wait a month from order placed to shipping! So yesterday evening I finally got to see this little guy in person :D

      As I mentioned, I've never had an anthro BJD before so I wasn't sure what to expect, so I opened the box and found this!

      Apparently it's a freaking adorable collection of short comics featuring DearMine dolls??

      It's...... literally the cutest freaking thing I've ever received as an extra gift. (They also had some doll photos in there! The first half of the book is in English, with the Korean version of the same comics in the back)

      The top cushion kinda popped off on its own, I guess there's a lot in there? :XD:
      His certificate, and in the baggy are his ears/horns, the tail, some extra elastic, eye putty, and free pair of eyes!

      They're like a neat almost-burgundy brown color, but a little dark once you get them in!

      OK OK on to the Main Event now...

      My first thought was.... they're much bigger than I thought they'd be! For some reason DearMine never added their specific measurements, so I wasn't sure what their scale would be and I was expecting something closer to Pukifee size!

      All put together! The hoodie I'd saved for them is a little snug towards the waist, DearMine Classics definitely have... unique bodies.

      Unfortunately it's been raining on and off the past week now so I'll have to wait to give him any faceup work! (Same for the rest of my entire work desk ugh :sigh)

      Overall though I ADORE him, I was worried his tail or horns might be kind of loose but the magnets are very strong. They're still a little bigger than I expected but I actually really love the size! I hope DearMine releases more bizarre/obscure anthros like this in the future because I'll be all over them :love

    5. I've been pretty on the fence about getting Agrippa (mostly for money reasons) but gosh is he just darling! Some amazing balance too... I can't wait to see what you do with him.
      Also I'm a little bit jealous of you getting a print copy of the Not Too Bitter comics. It's actually a webcomic Dearmine made, and they also held a contest recently for fan-submitted stories. None of those are up yet though.

    16. Congrats on your super adorable little one. I love some of the more unusual dear mine anthros. Cus cats are cute and all but it's good to see then tackling slightly less easy to translate animals. I love his big ears :)

I was very tempted to order this doll aswell and seeing your pictures now makes me kind of sad lol, but I'll wait until the next preorder, maybe with another skin colour. Your opening pictures are very cute, especially the little giraffe at the beginning (I have the same one :XD:)!
