    4. Freakin' Cute!

    5. Wow, whats he made out of? hes deliciously ghosty!

    6. JELLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he/she looks like a jelly!!!!!!!

    7. adorable!!!

and yes, most definitely jelly --- jellyfish type jelly.... most awesome butt especially!

    8. Hes Like A Little Ice Blue Angel ..pure Soul And Inocence For All To See..hes Beautiful..perfect..thank You For Shareing Him With All Of Us..make More Please

    9. I think he should be named Tron

      hehehehe!

What a strange little cutie! I love him!

    10. My goodness, he's adorable! But what is he made out of?

The name Rune just popped into my head when I was looking over his pictures again; perhaps that would suit him.

    11. I second Casper... though if you want a Jellyfish "Squishy" is what Dori (Finding Nemo) named her pet Jellyfish...Also P.B.J. for Peanut Butter and Jelly. Or maybe just PJ :)

    12. Picklefish! :B He is very cute :)

    13. I second Picklefish! So cuuuute~

    14. what on earth is he made out of???? So cute

    15. cute!! May I know what kind of clear resin did you use? Thanks. =D

    16. Very cute! I thought Sprite immediately...

    17. How about Njörðr? (Norse god of the sea)

    18. He's so adorable!! He looks like an Alien to me, sooo cute!

    19. I love this one its is adorable, I too am curious as to what it is made from, all the name suggestions were great ones
      barb

    20. Very cute, love the side view of his little bum! He reminds me of green tinted rock candy.

    21. He looks like he could be a god of the sea...all cute and watery-looking.

    22. thank you all for so many names, :D
i see him as some sort of a water spirit as well

for people who asked about the resin: it's polyester resin. the girl from the shop said that it's less resistant than polyurethane (but that one is not transparent). i still think it's quite resistant because it has been falling a lot on the floor (carpet) and books that i leave there but only got a piece of an ear broken, that was super thin, the rest is fine.
(oh, and i coloured it with green liquid watercolor)

csnow : how am i supposed to pronounce Njörðr? seems quite intriguing but i have no clue on how to read it :P

    23. Aw, he's so cute! I love how simple he is, it adds to the cuteness somehow.

    24. I love picklefish! He looks like he is made of the glass of old bottles. :) He looks like a cheeky little trickster. Or how about Bucket? I realize that is the result of one of my really obscure trains of thought but it came from bucket of water...never mind. LOL!

    25. In Norse mythology, Njord or Njordr (Old Norse Njörðr) is one of the Vanir and the god of wind, fertile land along the seacoast, as well as seamanship, sailing and fishing (from dictionary.com)

It is pronounced nee-ord. I had no idea how to pronounce it either untill I looked it up :)

Another suggestion: Loki (lo-kee), norse god of tricks. (Norse gods have so much personality, I love mythology:D)

    26. He's amazing!
I think you should definitely cast him in resin, I'll be delighted to buy one of these little fellas!

    27. awwww hes so cute!

    28. Oh my gosh, he's adorable!!! So darn cute, congrats, you really have a good eye (and hands...LOL)! If you do make him to sell, will he be available in the normal skin color of resin as well?

    29. Gummy popped into my head as I was looking over the piccies, but the norse god stuff is cool, and as abstract, I do like Bucket as well XD He's very cute too, I like the simplicity of him =]

    30. Being a Tom Baker Doctor who fan... i would call this doll: Jelly Baby

    31. He looks like a "bubble" to me. How adorable!

    32. Koda seems like a cute name... or Kiba.

      He's adorable!

    33. Wow! He is really cool. I am impressed!

    34. Too cute. Nice proportion. Sorry no name suggestion. I thought he looked like a Sprite too. Kinda looks like he came out from the computer, like it's spirit or something. Please tell us what he's made of.

    35. Terribly cute little thing! I love his sparkly green candy look, and his proportions! Can I second the name Rune? I soon as I read it, it stuck for me! :)

    36. I like Picklefish! And I want one! :dance

    37. oops, i could have checked it myself. but i'm bit lazy :sweat
actually i thought of Loki as well while reading your post

i've seen only the last series of dr. who so for me es adipose baby

i'm not sure it was a good idea to ask about names. there are so many i like!! but how many names such a small fellow is allowed to have?! :doh i want to make more just to use up the names!
i liked bucket, and sprite, and the others :D

the problem i have with casting is that the body is only one piece and i put sticks in it (so there would be place to pull strings through). but the sticks don't go through the whole doll 'cause there are to legs and only one neck, that's why they move while i pour the resin in :o . so i tried to attdissolve
ach them with scotch but it didn't work, with plasteline, but now i cannot get it out, so it wasn't a very good idea either :? now i'm thinking about clay. the resin dries quicker than clay and i can just put the piece into water and the clay will dissolve!! :) i'll try it tomorrow

      any ideas??!!

    38. Yah, definitely a Picklefish...

    39. Squishy, or something of that ilk :)

And he's so cute! I didn't think that such a simple build could be so downright eye-catching. If you decide to cast him for sale, sign me up to buy one.

    40. I love the poly resin. I use that for water effects and have been wondering what a doll would look like cast out of that material - I think it would make a wonderful Space Alien doll as well as a water sprite :)
Thanks for sharing him with us!

    41. Man...I wonder if I could get a Machina in that resin. xD

    42. you are welcome :)

      Would look very futuristic.

and now a new cast. this time is done in polyurithane resin. i must say it's very different from the one i used before and it all became quite messy at some point.
the photo is not really good because it's a scan ( i don't have a camera right now) the head cap is slightly moved because of the scan lid. thera are also a lot of tiny airbubles on the torso, but they are very hard to spot (in real life).
i hope i'll improve my casting with some more practice :)
and now a small enquiry: i guess i could make some casts for sale to increase my budget to buy more resin and such things. would you buy it? and for how much? you have to keep in mind that it takes some time to make them, but also they are not top quality and are far from professional casts so expect bubbles and hard stringing

the green hand is from other casts because i didn't have anough resin for 2 hands :doh

    43. very cute! I love the very stylized body with the great face. wonderful sculpt!

    44. I would buy one of these little cuties, though I'm not too sure about what the right price should be...
It also depends on what will come with it, faceup and stringing? If it's hard to string, the fact that it'll come already assebled would be a plus ^^

    45. Gah... I would love one in the cute blue material. And that picture of him in the normal style resin just screams 'Take me home'! X3

      So cute.

    46. I really adore how the little guy looks like, except one thing.. his thighs look strange, possibly if they were rounded out they wouldn't look so weird. Possibly that could also help with his mobility since there aren't any sharp corners to knock into.

    47. mmm, actually i put them upside down, so the legs spread to the sides, but on the green one they are the right way down so he poses better. if you meant something different, could you explain it again, please ? i'd much appreciate some critic because after seeing the dolls for so long it's hard to tell what's right and what's wrong. just want to play with them and take photos but don't even have a camera right now :(

    48. if you decided to sell let me know I would love to have one for my mother hes exactly what she wants

    49. he's very cute. :3

i agree that his legs look a little odd though... almost too sharp edged when the rest of him is all roly-poly adorability.

    50. aww, so cute! And he's semi transparent! Wow! :D
Edit -- Oops, sorry, I should say the final version is more transluscent and the resin is so lovely.
