Large A Stroll Through the Garden in the Summer Evening (Iplehouse EID Jessica)

I took Jessica out for a little summer walk in the garden in the backyard in her lovely summer sweater this evening. I just set up a few poses, but it was nice to get out and do a little bit of an outdoor shoot this evening.

Thank you very much, Alison I've been putting off doing this photoshoot for too long. No good reason. I just had to buckle down and do it. Even if it was only a small shoot, I'm glad I did it.

Thank you! I love the pink look on her, too. The skirt is actually made for an American Girl style of doll. The EID body has the hips to make it work. The blouse is made for the SID body, but it works well on EID, too. Jessica actually wasn't wearing a bra underneath it, so I had to make sure it was positioned properly before taking any photos When my nYID Olivia wears it, I have a pink bra for her that I put on underneath it so there is a subtle level of coverage to keep everything family-friendly.

 

Oh, definitely! Not everything is a fantastic fit on the EID body, but I was surprised by what did fit and what actually worked really well. There is a doll shop about two hours away from home. I go there two or three times a year. It's not a BJD shop, but it's a great place to browse, bring a BJD, and chat with the nice people there. One of the types of dolls they cater to is American Girl, and they have various kinds of off-brand clothes for American Girl dolls. I got to talking with the ladies who run the shop, and they were impressed that the skirts and shorts they sell there work nicely on my EID Jessica and even my SID Eva and nYID Olivia to an extent.

Yes, the open lace style knitting does let more things show And believe me, I absolutely love having my dolls show skin when the time is appropriate. That's why I put this top on Jessica! I knew she would look stunning showing off bits of cleavage all over her boob area! It was so attractive to have the solid portion of the top covering her nipples and revealing bits and pieces of everything around her nipples. So I'm glad you enjoyed seeing it in these photos I just wouldn't feel right like when I had this outfit on my nYID Olivia in the Christmas display. It's Christmas, you know? That would put me on Santa's naughty list for sure

 

You're welcome! It takes a little experimentation and risk, but I've found myself happy with the results enough times.

Oh yeah, the lacy look is delightfully suggestive and attractive Sometimes with certain doll clothes it might go a little too far for public consumption I can think of two dresses from Dollmore off the top of my head that are so lacy and revealing I can't even take one of them to a doll meet because it shows way too much even though it's all over her.

Yes, the warmer weather brings the lighter clothing! That's why Jessica was wearing the summer sweater in the garden She had plenty of airflow to keep her cool.
