Shipping a question about coolcat's shipping times

a quick question, do coolcat normally take a while to ship things out? i ordered some stuff and received a notice on the 5th saying it had shipped, i asked for a tracking number which i received this morning and i noticed it has been shipped today not on the 5th.

is this normal? their tracking page is the most confusing thing i have seen

 

yeah i use that page to, except the tracking number i got from them opens up another page i have never seen before with any of my other ems shipments....something called ipost

 

well i will wait and see what happens, i have no reason to assume anything is wrong, just seemed different to what i am used to, i have heard nothing but good reports and i always seem to get nervous when ordering from someone for the first time.

 

i am a bit worried now because i have not received this even though ems says i have and was delivered on the 13th and what is more strange is it says the first delivery was unsuccessful even though i am never away from this address,

i have never had anything go missing before and have no idea who i am supposed to contact!

everything appears to have gone correctly but once it got to the local post office is has disappeared

 

ok, a quick update, i finally got this order which is great, coolcat were really good and even gave me some free stuff but all my problems were my local post office.

it seems they sent it to the wrong address but somehow marked it as having been delivered to my address(even though the law says i have to sign for it!) then it was returned and kind of forgotten about then the next time they delivered my mail they completely forgot to bring it so finally it came Friday afternoon, a little battered and beaten and looking like its been around Australia 3 times... but arrived safely.

its like being surrounded by idiots......
