a late introduction...

Hello everyone! I've been lurking for a while and decided I should finally post one of these. I'm a graphic designer and visual artist from the US.

I've loved BJDs for as long as I've known they existed, but I only ordered my first one a few months ago...and then bought one secondhand...and now I have a grail head on the way...and I keep coming up with future doll plans...oh dear... I keep being drawn to Ringdoll sculpts most, but I love a variety of styles!

One of my biggest interests currently is history, primarily 18th century Europe, and I also really love vampires...and the current doll in my possession really reflects that combination of things (I'll make him a profile soon). On a related note, it is my fondest and nerdiest hope that someday more seamsters will make rococo-style doll outfits with knee breeches instead of long pants.

Admittedly I'm not very good at remembering to post on forums, but I'm happy to be here!
