Tiny A Fairy Out of Season

A spring fairy does not enjoy the winter!

My garden fairy had to arrive in December! The snow...this new white and pink wig...I couldn't resist! Her precious expression just seems to be longing for spring today. There's not much garden to tend in the winter, I'm sure she will be very busy in the spring!

Thanks! She gets carried around a lot. She's just the right size for admiring all the time! I like her default wig too. I want to see what techniques I can use to hide the wig cap on her forehead better, but this one matches her color pallet so well, it's going to stay on for a while, I think. I wasn't figuring on the under-pink being the exact shade to match her little armies. What luck!

 

It's pretty hilarious. She looks like she's trying to decide whether it's worth her time to attack or move on, just like a real mantis. She's a mantis personified I couldn't pass her up!
