Editing A Cheap (or free) Photo Editing Apps For Mac?

    1. Hello! My phone recently broke and I realized I can't just rely on it for everything photography:sweat
      I have a very basic digital camera, but I don't have an editing program! :doh
      For a frame of reference, I really enjoyed the Snow and PicMonkey photo editing apps on Iphone :)

    2. I think you can get Gimp/GNU for MacOS for free. I'm not familiar with photo editing on phones and how Gimp compares, but it's a pretty powerful tool, and functions rather similarly to Adobe Photoshop.

    3. It takes some getting used to and it's meant more for painting than editing, but I used Krita for my digital art until recently.

      Also, the native Photos app on Mac works fine if you just want to do basic light/color/etc adjustments.

    4. Adding a rec for Gimp. It is for sure the best for photo edits/working on gifs..etc when it comes to free. I do like krita but it is more for digital art/painting in my opinion than something like gimp with its image tools and manip.
