A few months ago, we contacted Elfdoll to ask if we could possibly buy one of their girls at a discount to auction for charity during our Anniversary month. They were completely out of stock on all of their Rainy Girls... but to our surprise, they offered to donate TWO Rainy Boys!

We are humbled by Elfdoll's generosity.

We are proud to present these two boys to you, customized by Armeleia and Kellyhime, two of our staff members. 100% of the sale price will be donated to the Make a Wish Foundation and UNICEF. This is a great opportunity to support a good cause and get an awesome fullset doll!

In the event that either doll is not purchased, DoA will make a donation to these charities on our own.

OOAK Fullset #1: The Prince (Elfdoll Aden)

Aden comes dressed in a classic Lavender Kiss outfit called "The Rose Prince." The outfit consists of a sheer shirt edged with ruffles, low-rise, flare-legged black velvet pants, and topped with a matching velvet beret. This particular outfit is embellished with an extra ruffle in a mauvey-gray and comes with a lovely piece of jewelry. (More pictures of the outfit can be seen at the site linked above.)

His faceup has a pale, fully-painted masculine mouth and smokey eyes. The faceup was done using artist-grade Liquitex acrylics and Pan Pastels, then sealed with Mr. Super Clear Matte for protection. The faceup was done by Armeleia of Exquisite Mods/Armeleialand.

He will come in the white mohair wig pictured and black glass eyes. He will also come with Poshdolls boots.

 

OOAK Fullset #2: The Forest Spirit (Elfdoll Red)

Red was costumed by Armeleia. He comes dressed in a four-piece fantasy costume consisting of velvety brown leggings, a long homespun undershirt, a lace-up brown and violet tunic, and a cape/sleeve piece. The cape/sleeve piece and tunic are both lined; please note that the lining was attached by hand and while the stitches are as consistent and clean as possible, it is not perfect. The tunic laces at the top and sides, so it is adjustable for other dolls. The undertunic is a close fit to the Elfdoll body and will likely only fit Elfdoll and possibly Luts boys. The cape and tunic are embellished with beads and swarovski crystal. (Please note that Armeleia is not a professional seamstress, so while the utmost care and love went into making this costume, there are imperfections.)

His faceup has a pretty summer blush and freckles across the nose and cheeks. He has soft, high-gloss mouth and brown eyebrows. The faceup was done using artist-grade Liquitex acrylics and Pan Pastels, then sealed with Mr. Super Clear Matte for protection. The faceup was done by Armeleia of Exquisite Mods/Armeleialand.

He will come with a lovely, soft Jpop dolls brown/blond mix and green glass eyes. He also has brown fantasy boots.









The colors are very rich and saturated, so we had some trouble with the lighting. We apologize that the full-body pictures aren't as good:

 

Bidding

Please send your bid to Truffle. Your bid does not include shipping. Please bid in increments of at least $10 above the previous bidder, in full dollar amounts (i.e. $410.00 instead of $410.23).

Payment is expected within 7 days of completion of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made.

Payment

Payment is accepted via Paypal only. We prefer balance payments because there are fewer fees and we want a greater portion of the price to go to charity, but we do accept credit card payments and e-checks. DoA doesn't endorse asking seller's fees, so we don't charge them.

Shipping will be as close to exact as possible. We will only ship via methods that can be insured - this means Priority within the US and either Priority, EMS, or registered airmail internationally. Buyer is responsible for full shipping and insurance. We will not underdeclare or under-insure your package. Within the US, Delivery Confirmation or other add-on services may be selected at the buyers choice.
