How was the communication?
Excellent. Promptly received order confirmation email. Shipping notification was received same day (4 hours after placing the order) complete with tracking number.

How easy was it to pay?
Easy. Paypal is set up on their checkout page.

How long did it take to ship?
Packages was shipped 4 hours after placing the order. I’ve never seen anything ship so fast. Arrived Jan 4th.

Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
No.

If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
None.

Would you order from this company again?
Yes! I’ve already placed a second order for more wigs

* How easy was it to pay?
slightly inconvenient/frustrating
You need to create and log into an account to order. I have an account from my last order which includes an old address in a different state. I was having an impossible time updating my address in their system and this made me not able to figure out how to use their credit card payment option which wants to auto fill with profile info. Instead I used the option to pay through PayPal which thankfully let me fill in billing and mailing address through PayPal's current info.

* How long did it take to ship?
it was on the way within a few days and arrived in a few more business days via USPS.

* Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
No, but one thing I will mention is that the Monique gold stock is so old now I'm starting to see wigs without the elastic still intact. Just be aware when purchasing those products that they can be very old. I'm very happy with these wigs though as always. Prices are reasonable or discounted from original retail and these wigs are hard to find after being discontinued for several years.
