Volks sd16 dress, i want to say it was called Rose something or other. I can't remember.
I bought a long time ago and wore it once but it's been in storage since.

UPDATE: I do have teh bow that goes across the back as well, i totally for to include it in the photos.
It clips into the two little snaps across the back zipper, I will add a photo when i get back home
