History: Until he was twenty-eight, Spiderman Jones was incarcerated in a hospital for the criminally insane for killing his parents when he was 14. He'd had a complete psychotic break, barely remembers what happened, and it's not until he breaks out and meets Jared than does he finally start putting himself back together again. Jared picked him up along the side of the road two or three days after Spiderman Jones broke out; recognizing him as another lonely, damaged person in need of someone else, Jared takes Spiderman Jones home with him and the two strike up a tentative friendship. Over time the relationship grows into something more -- they're both a little damaged, but they're very happy and very much in love.

History: Born in rural Bavaria, the only child of Baron von Metzengerstein of Zweihügel. A bitter disappointment to the Old Baron as, not only is Demian more interested in playing the piano than shooting game, he is also afflicted with the family curse of vampirism which appears in the family line every few generations. His birth also resulted in the death of his young mother, leading the villagers to speculate on what deal was struck by the Old Baron in order to secure his long-awaited son and heir. Demian was therefore nicknamed “the Devil’s Bargain”. His early life was a study in abuse and, at the age of 15, he ran away from home. After living on the streets of Berlin, he was eventually reunited with his cousin Severin, also a congenital vampire. They now live a life of relative luxury between London and Paris.

He immediately caught attention from the other inhabitants, as he was wearing nothing but a torn black coat, with no gloves, no shoes and nothing protecting him from the icy winds, yet he was unaffected by the cold. None of the castle's other inhabitants know all that much about him, as he's hardly very social, though Flea, being far more perceptive than people give him credit for, has his suspicions. After all, whenever the Heartless come, Even is always left alone.

History: With his sharp tongue, mean temper and penchant for experimentation with illegal substances, Uriah spent his entire life from infancy through high school in and out of foster homes and group houses, biting the hands that fed him and defending himself from predatory peers and abusive caretakers. He developed friendship with seemingly perfect goody-goody and spoiled only-child Daniel Thameson, whom he envied, hated and worshiped. Though they fought constantly, over the years Danny became the only constant thing in Uriah's life, and they shared a love of guitars and music. Danny convinced Uriah to try. Uriah promised to work hard, toward achieving what seemed like the impossible: attending college with his friend.

Things aren't always as perfect as they appear to be. A few months before high school graduation, Daniel committed suicide.

Other: Four years later, Uriah is a junior living on the third floor of the Barnaby dormitory. No one is sure about his past. He is selfish and easily annoyed, pessimistic and unreliable. This may be fed by his addiction to certain substances... a pursuit that was intended to help him forget about Daniel but which has spiralled completely out of control.

History: Ra is Egyptian Sun God with intrigues and machinations transferred to the present time. Frankly speaking, Ra isn't a god, virtually he is an alien from higly developed civilization which knows and uses magic. Ra and his spaceship crew were simply lucky enough to arrive to the Earth in its dark ancient times and were taken for the Gods with all their forces and powers they are able to use. Ra is spaceship commander but perfectly navigating in space and being an ideal leader he isn't good enough in magic so that's why actually he commands the ship. But his crew included really strong and professional magician, Apep, so powerful that he taught himself forbidden and sacred time magic. His insidious, devilish efforts were the reason why Ra found himself in the modern world one day.
