Not sure where to actually post this question. but I can't seem to find answers anywhere else. I'm in the US and I order some clothing for a BJD from China. When I check the tracking, it says it was delivered on 01/03/25. I have not received this package. And I cannot seem to find out how to contact anyone with this company to find out which local carrier delivered it so I can make a claim. It says to contact customer service if I have not received the package. Cannot find any usable customer service info. Is anyone here familiar with 4PX and help with contact info for them? Please and thank you!
I have heard not so good things about 4PX customer service over the years. The one time I had an item shipped with them it ended up being ok. Not sure which carrier 4PX uses in the US (in the UK they use royal mail). In this situation I would definitely contact the seller and check with them if there’s anything they can do on their end as from what I have heard 4PXs customer service is basically non-existant.
I did contact the seller. They told me to contact acilogistix.com. The contact phone number for acilogistix.com is1-800-555-1212. When I dial it tells me "thank you for calling "directory assistance" and tells me that to continue using this service I need to add a subscription to my account to get unlimited directory assistance. And that I can press 1 for customer service or log into my Metro app to sign up. I have no idea why it is sending me to directory assistance on my Metro account when I am trying to call acilogistix.
Does the tracking say where it was delivered with the city? I had tracking on something unrelated to dolls once and it was “delivered” to a city nowhere near me, also the dates did not fit with my purchase. I found out it was a scam where they sent me a random tracking number. I just filed a claim through PayPal to get a refund.
It does say it delivered to my city. I just don't know where, or who delivered it. I have a couple more days for it to either show up or find out where it was delivered. If that doesn't happen, I will have to make a claim. The worst thing about this is the clothes for the Grenado I bought, the person makes clothing specifically for this doll. They would have been perfect. If they don't show up that means I will have to hope I can find things that fit from Temu, or Barbie.....
