I haven't seen any for sale anywhere, but making one is really easy, unless you want all of the zippers and clips of the real thing. It's basically just a long rectangle folded over and stitched, then use a ribbon for a strap. My boy's detailed laptop bag was actually a cell phone holder I found at Dollar tree and attached a strap to it! It looks pretty realistic for a laptop bag.
Kirika Dawn makes and sells MSD-size messenger bags on Etsy--the ones for sale right now are sweet and girly, but she might take a commission for a different fabric: http://www.etsy.com/shop/kirikadawn
Why don't you try giving an example of what it is that you're looking for? Do you want designs or not? Multiple straps, fabric types? You could always just go and commission someone, too.
Do you want it to be simple or complex? Are there pockets? Or is the external appearance and the ability to carry and cushion the laptop enough?
Alright, does the strap need to be adjustable and have the grommets? Admittedly, I don't know if buckles that small even exist. <_< But once you have all the data for what you're looking for gathered, you should update your first post with it and then either bump this thread or use it as a reference to commission someone from that section of the forums.
