Description:
This doll was a hybrid I had to buy three different dolls to get all the parts for.

The Tinatsu (sometimes written as Chinatsu) head comes painted with the original factory faceup from Volks, complete with original eyelashes. I have removed the glue from inside of her head that was holding her original acrylic eyes in place, and replaced them with some beautiful urethane ones by Enchanted Doll. I will include the original papers that came with this doll.

The Yuki body is genderless and has magnets to enable Volks wings to be attached. This body flawlessly matches the head. I will include the original papers that came with this doll as well.

The wings are #1 wings that were originally in sakura (pink). Due to age they've yellowed quite significantly, and now appear more of a pinky-cream colour.

The doll itself has very even yellowing, and has spent most of the last 10+ years in dark storage.

This is my last doll of a YoSD size and I can't see myself buying another, so if you're interested, I can bundle clothes, wigs, eyes, shoes etc. with this doll at a negotiated additional cost. I have outfits from Dollheart as well as smaller creators/artists .

Damage: cracking
Details: While not actually "damage", the magnets set inside the back are quite close to the surface of the skin, and appear to show slightly through the thin resin (see pictures). This hasn't changed in the many years I've owned it so has gotten no worse, but I'd kind of consider it a small error in manufacturing.




Modifications: no modifications

Yellowing: unknown yellowing (no comparison available)
Details: While this doll has been stored away for over a decade, the resin has quite a yellowish tone that is common with Volks dolls anyway. I am not sure if this yellowing is much worse than it was upon first purchase, as I don't have any newer Volks dolls to compare with.

Provenance: I am not the first owner of this item
Purchase History: I bought both Tinatsu and Yuki from sellers on DoA, but I'm afraid I have no record of this as it was a very long time ago. I am at least the second owner of each doll.
