KatrinaStrife, where you there on Saturday? I think I bumped into you cause I remmeber seeing a Narin when I was being jumbled around on the exhibit floor.

Anyways, I hope you guys had fun! I really wish I coulda gone...I didn't even get to take anyone with me on Saturday like I had planned but it sure was fun running into some people!

 

Yay, pics!!! I can't wait to see more!! I missed the mini-meet, though...couldn't find it, so did some others, and we clustered together by the escalator.

 

Yep, I was carrying around my boy most of the day! I couldn't find the place where the mini meet was, though >__<;;

Does anyone know who the boy on the Tanning Hound's (?) lap is? A Narin? Limho? He's adorable!

AND because your's truly is a chronic spacecase, I was about to say, "Hey, Neko~Kaolla, upload all those pics you took!!" when I remembered that was on MY camera...which is with me....150 miles away from her sister. And my laptop power cord = dead. That is where I do all my picture stuff! What a sucky setback, ne? SO..............it may be a while before you see our pictures.....

 

This meet had sooo many pretty dolls. ^_^ I will be uploading my pics later today after I get a chance to resize them and retrieve them from my laptop (which is currently in use by my boyfriend, or I would do it now >.>).

Syndall_Lynn, I am pretty sure that second doll is an El. I have a Shiwoo (the first boy in your third post, actually) and they don't look very much alike.

OpheliaB, I am pretty sure my boyfriend got pics of Baron. We'll see just as soon as I can upload them... >.< Btw, is he still holding up well after his little nosedive? Poor boy.

Squeekie, he's just fine, thank you for asking! A bit miffed, perhaps, but more over being unable to see his girlfriend, Key's girl Rhi, on Sunday than having a fall. You can barely tell anything happened to him, and Key has promised to help make the "barely" become "not at all"! He's sitting on my bookcase cuddling his pet Oktopuki right now, lol!

I can't wait to see your pix! I'll probably put the ones I have of Rhi and Baron up in the Photostory forum soon ^^

 

Yes, I have a few ideas on how to fix him up. My only qualm is that i will Baron will need a new paint job, and finding a matching color is the hardest part in that.

The doll in question that you ladies were talking about is an EL. And the owner did his faceup. He is gorgeous in person... I played with him for a bit, too! XD

 

Actually he's been touched up once already. Couldn't tell, could ya? The girl who was with me at the meetup is an artist, and she whipped out her acrylics and fixed his forehead. Had to do a couple of light washes, not just one coat, but you really can't tell anything was done, lol!

 

All the pictures are great ^^ and the dolls are all so beautiful~~~

i was kinda sad that i miss the meets but i did saw quite a few of the wonderful dolls during the convention and made some friends, but being me, ofcourse i forget to write down their info...
so if anyone recognizes my sho and remenber talking to me, please leave a reply ^^

and Lolita Minako, the curly wig that Jibil is wearing is one of two defalts that came with Hinoto the other defalt wig went to Nancy's girl

 

Thank you!! I worked hard on it. Lolita Minako gave me that as a project for the meet so I wouldn't feel left out. And I'll tell you, making teeny tiny roses is no picnic. I will eventually be taking commissions for the Chii ears like the ones I made for Adele! More info to come later!

I am going to try and get my photos resized and posted today!!! I took like 50 or so.

At the point I am posting this there are 20 up, and I'm resizing them and uploading them at the same time (resize some, upload some, resize more when they are uploading, upload those...). There's about 50 total, like I said earlier.

Some aren't in perfect focus... but the light wasn't great if you weren't in the *perfect* spot. I need a manual digicam, dangit...

All up-grand total 48. 4 were too blurry for me to even consider posting. I tried to get all the dolls, but if you don't see yours, chances are it was either after I was done taking photos or it was one of the 4 that were extremely blurry.

Feel free to take any photos of your doll(s). You don't have to credit me, just don't claim you took the photo. That's mean.

I was bound and determined to get these all up tonight... now I'm crashing...
