Apr 19, 2009

    1. I create one, hope it's the first.

So they are new Gentaro Araki's dolls, look little sister of Sist and Lusis, they are 35cm.
      Named Roron and Ririn.
They will be sell first as a full set , ever build and maked-up by lottery on Alchemic labo's site for 63 000 yens and after as a kit for 39 990 yens.

Here you can see her from back.

    2. This is very exciting news!

    3. That is exciting, although a bit of a strange size to choose, I think?

    4. Yes maybe, but actually U-noa are not really good size too, can't fit well MSD standard's size.

But it will be horrible to find clother and shoes, and wigs, T__T
      Feel despressed, XD

edit : i put the other pics here , can't put more than 12 by post.

    5. If they are 35cm, then they are the same size as Custom House Little junior... Could be a way to find some clothing for them ^^

    6. Wah! I don't care about clothes, I bet that these cuties will have a following of their own within the seamstress business. I can't wait to see more!!

    7. Oh wow, I'm really cuious to see their faces now! : D There are a few dolls in that size range now- Little Junior, Narsha, Minoruworld Junior, so hopefully something will fit them! But those are all still pretty tough sizes to find...

    8. Oh, dear. I have a Little Junior girl, and while it is hard to find clothing for her, I love how portable she is. She's like a full-mini with the portability of a tiny. :D

    9. Argh - I hate teaser pictures >< Cannot see a thing lol. But, so far looking good... Hope kit is not going to be crazy limited Unon like quantities.

    10. Hi
Do you know when will be them available for preorders?
      Thanks

    11. This is awesome I've always dreamed of having a tiny unoa, not like the unoa lite, but an actual unoa qulut.

    12. so many of us will be unable to resist!

    13. i definitely want both little sist and little lusis for my unoas :P

you know what will be lottery look? only japan can be in?:)

    14. Oh how cool, I'm definitely going to be watching this thread for updates! I love the original Lusis mold, hopefully they will have a pre-order soon. :)

    15. *itchy grabby hands* *twitching eyes* Must....have...it....... !!!! > [] <!!!!
..I am kinda worry, how would the 35cm look when they stand next to my Sist though... ^^; and yes, finding outfit for Unoa 1.5 was hard, now finding outfit for these will be even harder...
But yea...seems like this chibi doll will have joint on bust, not on the waist like Unoa 1.5...They have awfully huge head and huge bottom though >____< SO UBER CUTE!!!

    16. Thanks for this thread and the link. Silly me, I was looking all over alchemiclabo's gallery and pages for the chibi and totally missed the center picture on the front page.

I can't wait to see what she really looks like and 35cm seems a nice size for me although might be a bit hard to find clothes.

    17. OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG adorable <3

    18. ooooh~ My MSDs are all adults in their world, so 35cm'ers are great for young adolescents in scale to them... *scheming*

    19. Chibi Unoa is the tentative name, The are 35cm and can use the faceplates of unoa girl and boys.

The first Lottery for them is only for people who have purchased an unoa 1.0/1.5 girl, Unoa boy,or Unoa 2nd directly from alchemic lab and have a customer code. 2nd hand unoa buyers, mail order/mail order lottery (unoa zero) and crescent shop buyers can't participate.

Regular pre-order date is not announced yet. At the earliest it will be after the Unoa 1.5 Lusis and Sist pre-order that starts in summer.

Pictures should be expected around the end of this month either when the Harajuku doll show starts, when Hobby Japan magazine June issue is released later this month, or early May when Dolly Bird 12 Mook is released.

    20. So will they have any original faceplates or are they just a smaller body that can use the existing plates? Does it say?

    21. It goes without saying that there will be 2 original faceplates, as there are 2 new names... just the preview is too small to make out, and the teaser image wouldn't be a back shot otherwise.

    22. I added the pic ^^
      Yesterday i didn't work, ><

I can enter to the lottery but i won't , i don't have the money to buy it if i was enough lucky to win, XD

But i will wait for the kit, ^^

    23. Wants.. Lusis.. Chibi.. *grabby hands*

    24. i've singed up with the crescent shop but the whole procedure kind of confuses me. I'm hoping to save up enough money through the summer that I'll be able to get one when they are available ^_^

    25. When they are available by crescent during regular pre-order, there will be a simple shopping cart system, you will log into crescent click on the special shopping cart page they will make for the pre-order, you will click what you wish to purchase and any options (if there are any) then you click the box for your shipping area and they will send you a confirmation email, and then a while later send you a notice to pay. They accept paypal as payment (or other methods if your ask first) They make it really easy.

You may have quite some time to save even if they go for sale after the pre-order for u-noa 1.5 Lusis and Sist, it will be atleast 3~6 months before that order ends. Pre-orders for dolls do not overlap.

    26. Can't wait to see what they end up looking like! I'm sure it'll be totally worth it to save up and wait to see when the kits finally come up (but then some of us are waiting quietly to see if the Zero ever comes up as a kit, too! But then that's an entirely different thread... :) )

    27. thanks so much for the info :)

    28. Guh so adorable! I know I'll want one!

    29. oh they are so squeeable!!! I totally want one so I shall be waiting for Crescent Shop to open the pre-order :D

    30. The Chibi Unoa names are Roron and Lilin/Ririn.

    31. Waaaah, two new Unoa faceplates! Can't wait for the photos!

    32. Oooo. I bet these are going to be CUTE! :D That's awesome that they have the same head size as regular Unoa, I adore Unoa sculpts but tend to prefer larger relative head size. Can't wait to see more pics! ^^

    33. Heh Heh

Make sure you put Unoa in the box 'rare item search' - you will get an email sent directly when pre-orders comes up.

    34. Ow, aw, I'd really like to have one, but the question is if I can afford two Unoas the same year. I'm going to get a Sist from the next girl's preorder.

But it would be lovely to buy her a little sister! :D

    35. If they are 35cm would they not be tinies not minis?

    36. The Zero always was a kit, It just was mail order lottery by Hobby Japan. Hobby Japan is notorious for changing the arrival date and Crescent shop doesn't like to deal with them because it makes it hard to maintain good customer service when that happens, also Crescent is generally against taking orders for lottery. They do sometimes participate in Alchemic Lab lottery but they have a exclusive business relationship so it is understandable.
Hopefully Alchemic lab regains the rights to Zero so she can be available for pre-order. For the Unoa 2nd that took about 2 years and it has almost been that long since Zero was offered for sale. Unfortunately Alchemic lab will refuse any questions about it.

      No problem :aheartbea

I thought they would classify as tinies myself ... maybe the thread should be moved.

Doll's Show 25 is on the 26th of April, Araki Gentarou will be showing the Chibi Unoa Roron and Lilin there, then at the Harujuku Dolls show on April 29

    37. OMG ...now here is one sweetie , I will break the bank for !

    38. Oooo I hope so ...the Narsha is that size and a tiny

cant wait to see more of them

    39. But CH Little Juniors are 35cm and are now classed as mini dolls on DoA, so it might just depend on how mature they are?

    40. Narsha is a tiny? But Narsha is fatter and bigger headed than most minis! Labels >_<

I really want one of these as a friend to my Narsha, maybe they can even share clothes...Looks like it'll be pretty hard to get hold of one though.

    41. AENEAS -- I have question about the lottery. Will this be only for the "painted & put together" Chibi, or will the kits be available during this first lottery period? I have customer code from the last Unoa I recieved through my brother who lives in Japan. I am only interested in the kit, as it is significantly less in price.

Do you know the answer to this? Thanks in advance and we appreciate all the info!

    42. i don't think that they will be hard to get... not any harder then any other Unoa sold through the cresent shop... just gonna take forever for the general public to be able to snatch her up, lol.

    43. The first "pre-sale" lottery that requires the customer code is for the painted and assembled dolls. The kits will go on sale later, but there is not a date set for that because he has pushed back the date on the unoa 1.5 Lusis and Sist so when the date for the 1.5 girls order is set, there will be news of a pre-order date for the Chibi unoa soon after.

The painted dolls will be hard to get especially If you don't have a code. I assume the Y!Japan price will be high, the kits will available by crescent shop when there is a pre-order for kits.

The assembled doll cost about 643usd. The kit price is about 407usd (this is the cost before crescent's comission fees and shipping so those who are saving please prepare yourself *_* )

    44. :o That's a whole heck of a lot for such a tiny doll, in kit form no less. can't wait to see the new faces!

    45. Lilin you say :D *I loled*

Omg I can't wait.. really.. I want to see their faces and all :D

    46. Guys I guess here it is, a new mold
      [IMG]
I took it from Araki diary

    47. I was thinking that too, it's rather large though, mabye it will be scaled down. I personaly think it is a different project.

    48. I've been following Araki's diary too and have been wondering what project this is going to be for!:D:D

The head is huuuge though! And I doubt Araki sensei's hands are so small to make that head look so big in his grasp... haha! 90cm Unoa? XD

Can't wait for the chibi kits! I'm debating whether or not to go with the girls pre-order this summer or wait for the chibis as I can only afford to spoil one...Definitely putting some money aside for when they start pre-orders in a few months. :)

    49. Aww, I would love a little Unoa Lusis girl!

    50. Yes that's the one I was thinking of. Pity, I loved that sculpt.

    51. I wanna see their faces so I can plan for my kit. >;|

    52. AENEAS thank you for correcting me ))) It seems I just want sooo much to see a little Chibi Unoa :doh

    53. Wow AENEAS I've seen you in a lot of the Unoa based threads you really now a lot @_@!

Anyways, back to topic I'm super excited to see what their faceplate look like... just as everyone is! Can't wait for pictures to flood in here XD

    54. Jjajang, There has been a lot of times rumor start from bablefish (auto-translator) error or someone making a guess and it is very hard to kill a rumor on a forum as large as this one, I, like a lot of people love u-noa and I know how frustrating it is because its not easy to get information about them so I will share if I read anything (I don't use auto translate) and If its something I can't translate effectively I will ask my Japanese friends ( Like that u-noa zero translation for making eyelashes - my twin posted it, very interesting read lol.)

I hope, hope Hobby Japan has something on it, they usually preview whats going to be in Dollybird, even if they don't the wait for pictures shouldn't be long now.

    55. Ah it's good you like to dispel them as fast as you can :]. Did you take Japanese classes in school?

Ha ha that was a very interesting read XD

    56. I haven't figured out and I don't know how...But I strongly wish I'll be able to get one of these adorable creations from Gentarou!!..^________^

    57. Well, I'm just about to begin the saving up process for one of these guys. I'm sunk because my Unoa and my Custom House Little Juniors are my favorite dolls. The Chibi Unoa seem to have all the potential to be the best of both in one!!!! I'm really anxious to see photos.
Thanks for all the info that's been posted so far. :0)

    58. I'm excited to see what sort of creative new jointing system Araki dreamed up for these girls, how I'd love double jointed knees!

    59. Oh, me too! The Unon knee thing was fab!
