Best known for his Leeann doll, this veteran doll designer is now producing BJDs. He has 3 YOSD dolls out and is shortly coming out with Cong, a 3 dolls in one creation. Denis Bastien is creating our exclusive convention doll, 14 inch Emily. [/FONT][FONT=Bitstream Charter, serif]We have already seen some preview teasers, and we're looking forward to the reveal he's promised sometime next month![/FONT][FONT=Bitstream Charter, serif]

She is doing a workshop at the convention on applying color to her 3D printed dolls. Be sure bring one of her dolls or buy one at a reduced price for this special workshop.

      [/FONT][FONT=Bitstream Charter, serif]Mary West of Day Dream Creations[/FONT][FONT=Bitstream Charter, serif], [/FONT][FONT=Bitstream Charter, serif]who is well-known for her gorgeous doll clothes creations,[/FONT][FONT=Bitstream Charter, serif] [/FONT][FONT=Bitstream Charter, serif]will be conducting a hands-on tworkshop to make a fanasy corset with attachable fairy wings for either MSD or SD dolls. Kits will be provided.

      [/FONT][FONT=Bitstream Charter, serif]Tangerine Willow[/FONT][FONT=Bitstream Charter, serif] - This creative artist has quite a following for her fabulous doll photography on Flickr. She is delightful and has a great sense of humor. She will be conducting a hands-on workshop on making faux fur wigs for your doll.[/FONT]

      This year we will again feature a sewing room with 12 Babylock sewing machines [/FONT][FONT=Bitstream Charter, serif]provided by our sponsor, Jackman's Fabrics. This room will be used f[/FONT][FONT=Bitstream Charter, serif]or our sewing workshops.

      We also have a room dedicated to doll care: face ups, eyelash replacement, blushing, air brushing, cleaning dolls, clothes and wigs, restringing, etc. [/FONT][FONT=Bitstream Charter, serif]This room will be open and available to members during the entire convention, along with our expert staff members to answer any questions you may have. Some products for cleaning and doll care will be available to try, and we encourage swapping of wigs and eyes among members to give your dolls make-overs.[/FONT][FONT=Bitstream Charter, serif]

      If you purchase a full weekend membership, you can attend all the workshops, meals, demos, panels and other programming for FREE ([/FONT][FONT=Bitstream Charter, serif]with the exception of the doll from Silverbeam's Magic[/FONT][FONT=Bitstream Charter, serif]). However you will have to register for [/FONT][FONT=Bitstream Charter, serif]any workshops you wish to attend i[/FONT][FONT=Bitstream Charter, serif]n advance because there is limited seating. If you register now we have a preregistration discount of $125 (Sept. 1 the rate will be $150). Register early and make your reservations before the workshops fill up. [/FONT]

      Our lovely exclusive Convention Doll is ready for ordering. There are limit number of this dolls available. You must purchase a membership before you can order. You have two choices:
      *The full set Emily is dressed in a complete, Steam Punk outfit, hand made by Denis!
      There are only 60 full set dolls available. $340
      *You can also purchase Emily nude with a face-up by Denis and random wig and eyes.

      $125 for a 3 day weekend. Save money by registering before September 1 when the weekend rate goes up to $150. The weekend package includes all events and workshops.

      You can't come for the weekend? We also are offering one day passes for $50 on Friday and Saturday. It includes all activities but the meal events and there is a small fee for some workshops.


      Our limited edition convention doll, created by our guest of honor, Denis Bastien is ready to order. The full set Emily comes in a Fabulous Steampunk outfit and stands 14" tall. By Denis' request, a limited number of dolls will be available for people who cannot attend, by purchasing a "supporting membership" for $25.
       
    6. Too poor to go to Dollism. Come to the 2014 St. Louis BJD Convention November 14-16! Our vending rooms are full! Rub elbows with the pros in the doll business. Dresses up for the doll Cosplay event. Bring your Jammie's for the Friday night pajama Pizza Party! Bring you camera for photo ops on our Sunday field trip to the geodizic dome at the St. Louis Botanical Gardens.
       
    7. Last Day to save $25!

      Today is the last day to receive the All Access Pass at $125!

      ~All Access Pass Information~
      The All Access Pass gives you access to the entire event from Friday, November 15th through Sunday, November 17th.

      While individual Day Passes are $50 each on Friday/Saturday and Sunday is $25, an All Access Pass for the same price also includes:

      - Access to Workshops, which include creating a corset with attachable wings, fairy dresses, making a doll carrying bag with Denis Bastien, making jewel eyes with Silverbeam, creating your own bjd, and much more! The workshops are normally $20 each; you get them for free!
      - The Main Banquet, where we will have additional prizes, food, and announce the contest winners - a $25 value!
      - Food! All day Saturday your food will be provided at the convention site so you don't miss anything! Meals will be catered from local St. Louis eateries. With a day pass, meals are priced individually.
