1st faceup, critique/advice?

    1. cellphone quality photos, still not very good. a dollzone kimi
      I got the face up kind of messy Ill have to do a cleaner job next time.
      i didnt even bother doing the lips, they're kind of open and deep in i think. i couldnt get a pencil through it with it making these ugly double lines.
      I have a long way to go but im proud of it for trying this myself :o

    3. I think you've got a great start :-) I'm a face-up n00b too...I would suggest some blushing on the lips (perhaps in the crease instead of trying to squeeze the pencil in) and around the nose. The eyebrows look great though and we know that's one of the hardest parts :-P I like the markings, too.

      She would be prettier with pinkie lips, indeed...
      And maybe more soft eyebrow, with some dark pastel ? Dunno, if it's MSC-protected, you can try and erase without touching the actual eyebrows ^^

    5. Yea since you did her cheeks her lips need a little pink as well to balance it out. Even just brushing a little bit of pastel on the lips would help, without trying to get a pencil in there.

    6. Besides the lips, I would try brushing a little pastel either over or under the eyebrow hairs. It will add a bit more depth to them and really make them fantastic.

      If you're daring, you can try experimenting with layering different shades of pastel for the area above the eye and her cheek blushing.
