Purchased secondhand. A small section of the fabric on the lower ruffle has frayed, pulling loose from its seam. It should be an easy sewing fix, but I'll leave that up to the new owner.

Cute black & white check maxi dress. Features a shirred elastic chest and dot tulle faux underskirt. Ties around the neck with suede straps. Wear alone or layered for fun effects!
