The head on the body in the picture is the Summer 2022 event head also known as romantic raspberry. The other head with this body is the event head from 2023 I believe.
They can both go on the Kid delf muse body and work very well with it.
Since the Muse body is gender neutral this doll can work as both girl or boy.
