There is no damage, but the quality of the eyes is moderate. There appears to be some swirling in the white of the eyes that is not visible from the front.
This item will not ship in its original packaging.
These items came with a Fantasy Doll I bought many years ago, though I am not sure if they ever made their own eyes and am not sure of the manufacturer of the eyes.
