Wanted 1/3 Scale BJD Katanas

I'm looking to get three katanas of specific designs made for my large 1/3 scale Ringdoll boys. I got some 3D printed in resin and painted them, but they like falling apart and the paint seems perpetually sticky for some reason, so I thought I'd try to find someone with a little more experience.

I'm not picky with what material it's made of, as long as it's something that's relatively durable. I also wouldn't mind for them to be 3D printed as long as they don't fall apart and the paint is a little nicer than those I have already. I'd prefer for the wrappings to be made of fabric, but I'd also be open to them being made of another material.

The designs I need would be based on katanas from Demon Slayer, specifically those of Tomioka Giyuu, Agatsuma Zenitsu, and Shinazugawa Sanemi.
