    7. Thank you for sharing these patterns! That's a very good idea. I have to try some... I love to make tinies clothes for these dolls!

    8. Thankyou! I have some tiny dolls on order, and I've been looking for clothes patterns for them.

    9. Ooh, thanks for that link, Ladyrixx! I'm gonna have to try some of these. Nice variety in this thread, so thank you all for sharing!

    10. Ladyrixx: Yes, Indeed! Dawn clothes fit like a dream on the mature-bodied Elfdoll Tinies because of their larger bust & tiny waist. "That Seventies Doll" also mentions cutting apart fashions to make patterns. Since the most cost-effective way to buy vintage clothes is in group listings, sacrificing an otherwise damaged & unwearable outfit is also a great way to make those large lot purchases more cost effective :chomp: secondly: I've noticed that those vintage clothes use a certain, super-flat, hook & eye closure that is impossible to find in today's craft supply market. You will notice that certain outfits pop-up more often than others. Sometimes I "cannibalize" duplicated outfits just for those wonderful hooks!
… Not to mention the fact that those psychedelic color schemes can be overpowering on a tiny doll! You can re-create a classic silhouette in modern fabrics once you have your own pattern!

Dawn/Pippa fashions will also fit Dollmore's Elf Elly (Banji) if it's more loose at the waist. And don't forget Mattel's Rock Flowers dolls & fashion!
… The first outfit is a one piece from a Rock Flowers set. The second picture shows a Dawn (or Pippa?) minidress layered on top for a slightly different look:

:celebrate So go forth, my lovelies, and conquer eBay's vintage categories! :dance

    11. Ladyrixx, thank you very much for the Dawn patterns! Now my elfdoll tiny will have lovely things, thanks to you!

    12. Thank you for sharing these :) You´re pretty skillful, those details and lace must have been something...

    13. Were there any specifics to the skirt of this pattern? It looks like they just cut rectangular stips, gathered them, and then layered, but I'm still relatively new to sewing. Also, how small exactly are these patterns? I'm making clothes for a Monster High doll and their torsos are roughly the same size as my index finger.

    14. Yes. You take one piece of fabric, fold it in the middle to make a belt. Then take one rectangular piece, make 2-3 gathered long pieces and sew them to the first piece of fabric and then gather that one too and sew it to the belt))
Sorry, it is rather hard to explain))

    15. I think I get the gist of what you're saying. Thank's for clarifying! It's a really cute skirt and if I get it to work I'll post a pic of it.

    16. What dolls are these? So cute!
