I was born and raised in North Carolina. I have traveled a little bit here and there, but never been outside of the country. I discovered my love for dolls when I was sick in the hospital once. They were a source of comfort. I wanted to pose my dolls (I originally had Barbies and Bratz dolls) but I just couldn't find what I was looking for. I randomly came across a doll known as a bjd. Once I learned more about them, I was hooked!
Before I knew about bjds, I would make plushies, dresses, and some clay sculptures, but when I got my first bjd, I couldn't stop making things for them. I even made a few other items for some of my other bjd collecting friends. Right now I'm juggling going to school and having a fiance and working on diet and exercise, so it's not often I get time for my dolls. I'm just glad I found a place where I am accepted! I love this place! ^_^
