I got into the hobby to have a model for sketching practice, then fell in love with them because of how much personality they have and how versatile they are. Now they inspire not just sketches but stories too. LOVE ball jointed dolls. I blame Jane Davenport for all this! I took an online art class with her and she talked about them, for using to pose for said sketching practice n face ups, I did a search and the rest, as they say, is history.

I fell down the rabbit hole that is BJD land, I'm loving it, don't want rescuing but please leave a food parcel now and then coz I'm saving money for dolls

Looking for tutorials on sewing for my dolls, on the machine tho, hand sewing is beyond me.
