I went from fashion retail to theater costuming to administrative assistant, and now I'm back to sewing. So much for that new degree!
I've sewn all my life. I love animals, but we only have one cat now. My favorite color is green. I have to avoid the automatic " but it's green!" factor when buying fabric.
Some people think they are unlucky about having their birthday near Christmas, but mine falls near Tax Day in the USA, when everyone is depressed.
I'm happily ensconced with my 1/1 size 'doll' of a husband.

When I was very little, my father told me "Never say 'I can't' until you absolutely know that you can't. How do you know you can't until you've tried a few times?" Never be afraid to pick up a tool, whether it's a paint brush, Dremmel or chain saw, and just try it before you say "I can't".
