I'm a 26 year old trained costume designer and artist based in the North East of England, with an educational background covering a variety of other disciplines including photography and graphic design. I am particularly interested in character design, and how costume design relates to it.
I enjoy writing and all of my dolls are based on my own characters. I've been into BJDs for years but never had the money or opportunity to own one until 2013, when I saved up and bought my first, a Dollzone SD girl, via a UK dealer Angelesque. Previously, I collected and now own a whole collection of 1/6th scale Obitsu dolls, who are also based on my own characters, since they were cheaper and easier to store and customise for me at the time.
I'm currently working on saving for number three, as I want to reshell Alexa from Dollzone Gretta into an Iplehouse nYID Carina!
