I became aware of ball jointed dolls back in 2004 when their popularity was still very much obscure in the U.S.

At the time, dolls in the 70cm to 70cm+ range were pretty expensive, and so were clothing and accessories of any kind, so I was quite reluctant to join the hobby.

From 2004 to 2011, I sporadically collected as much information as I could about ball jointed dolls. I began to research doll companies, body types, accessories, and care tips.

Eventually, in 2012, I decided to test my commitment to the bjd hobby by becoming the proud owner of an inexpensive Resinsoul Feng 70cm boy bought from retailer Denver Doll Emporium.

Being enchanted by Kyle, my Resinsoul Feng, I began collecting other dolls of different sizes and by different makers such as my Soom Minoru Special Clare, Ringdoll Kirin, Iplehouse Aurora and Elin, and Impldoll's Akasha and Gela.

I keep building my collection of dolls which I happen to enjoy immensely, and I hope I can continue to love my dolls in the future as much as I do now.

I love reading, writing, art, anime & manga, listening to music. I also enjoy giving my blank dolls custom faceups.
