I have been looking at these beautiful dolls since 2006 and was finally able to get my first doll a B&G Natalia. Due to traumatic circumstances she was destroyed by a bjd collector. May my doll rest in peace in BJD heaven. For right now I currently own 5 dolls all female and will be collecting a male pretty soon I hope.
Well now you know when I have started loving dolls so now let me tell you a little of myself. I am an artist and has recently noticed this year that I am a better BJD Face-up artist then I am being a color and marker drawing artist for paper or digital work. Ive done 1 pullip and 1 FL Juri Head. Ya its not enough to call me the supreme artist of all faceups but I feel that this was my dream all along and that was making dolls beautiful.
My mind is full with immagenation and im hoping to one day bring my dreams and nightmares onto the BJD world to show even dreams have art in them.
I am married and my husband is also a doll collector. My son who is a elementary school student wishes to get involved as well but for right now he has to watch.
I enjoy talking to people online and also helping members of the doll community help what they are looking for or I help draw what they are thinking so that they can have their dreams commissioned into real life for their dolls.
All I can say as wisdom to non collectors and who want to start collecting.
Once you stalk your first doll online and continue to stalk during tracking is recieved, for you to locate your dolly. Once you get hit by this rush for the very first time all im going to say towards you. I warned you, if you are serious and you do get your first doll then their will be no way of turning back because once you are caught by the BJD World you can never get out of it. You chose this expensive hobby now you must live with it.This addiction is far more worse then drugs and you know I am correct, because " THIS IS THE BALL JOINTED WORLD YOUR GREATEST FANTASY COMING TRUE AND ALSO MAKNG THE WORST NIGHTMARES FOR YOU WHEN YOU ARE BROKE!!!! Hey its better then Total Recall LOL!!!
