I have my BA & Master's in social work/psychology & work in the mental health field. I went to Ohio University for my bachelor's and Ohio State for Grad school! Go Bobcats & Bucks! Oh, and shih tzu are the best dogs in the world! I have 2, Kirby, 9 y/o & Ozzy, 5 yr. They are amazing dogs!

I loved dolls as a kid, played with barbies, baby dolls, american girl dolls, etc. I didn't collect dolls then for my teenage and early 20's, but a few years ago I sort of rediscovered dolls and realized it was okay to still enjoy them. I have had a hard time letting some others in on this, as some friends and even family have given me a hard time for collecting "creepy" dolls, but they make me happy and I'm slowly getting a little more open with it. Like many I'm here to meet others that share the interest and have an outlet to discuss dolls/bjds!

I have some other dolls, a few Himstedt, a couple solid silicone dolls/babies, some OOAK, etc. About a year an a half ago or so I became interested in BJDs and that is what I primarily collect now, mainly Fairyland and Rosenlied. I just wish I had more time to "play" with them and get back into sewing and photos and all that!

I have slowed my doll collecting in the last couple of years and while I do still have some special ones, financial needs and life and resulted in the need to sell quite a few.
