I've had my own web design and graphic business since I was 16.

I got tumbled into this world through a fluke and a passion for...gasp...Barbie, of all things. I ended up mostly in Fashion Dolls (16"), then realizing they wren't making me totally happy because...they weren't realistic enough.

I stumbled upon Inamorata's, technically not allowed here, but ONLY because she doesn't have insertable eyes. But their bodies were tiny little works of art. And the painting...oh the painting.

Realism.

I've been thinning out my collection to contain only realistic, or visually appealing, to me.

When I learned what on earth a BJD was, it opened a whole new world. And with that, DollShe's fashion line bridged the gap between worlds for me.

I've been painting my own dolls for a while now, and have a lot to learn. My favorite part is the realistic body shading (fav to do).

A lot of my dolls have a sort of macabre theme - Sirens who lure and kill their men, land or sea. Or something of the sort. It's why you'll find a lot of my dolls with tattoos warning their prey, or bloody hands, etc.


I also make miniatures for the 16" size range. Since not many seem to do it.

My focus is now on my dioramas for the dolls this size, taking up literally 60% of my room.
