I'm a male-only doll collector who likes young adult dolls with boyish charm and expressive faces either angry, joyful or sad.
I many collect humans but enjoy animal hybrids and horror BJDs.
I use my dolls for photoshoots (Both photo and video) and 'play' aspects like dressing and grooming. My dolls also function as display pieces similar to the anime figures I own though they have their own area with a closet and display furniture (Still in the works).
I have many collections and creative outlets. Hopefully, my past experience will help boost my BJD collection and journey.
History:
I first heard about BJD in 2017 when I got into Vocaloid and discovered my favourite Vocaloid (Len Kagamine) had a very expressive doll ($1200 AUD).
Now, in 2023, I've decided as an adult to buy into the hobby for the first time.Interact
