I've admired BJDs since college but until now lacked the resources to acquire one. I have an American Girl doll who has been with me since childhood and whom I also sew clothes for.
My doll family has gotten much bigger than I planned and is still expanding. I currently have 10 complete dolls and one floating head, and am waiting on two other complete dolls to arrive. And I have plans for at least one more!
My fashion-sized Grant Philippe seems to be a long time coming, as well as my Horus but that's due to the massive layaway I needed. The last one I have plans for is SartoriaJ Vittoria on the 61 aph body to be Sir Thomas's beloved Edith.
Some of my dolls are connected by story threads. Ashera and Mamoset are husband and wife in my long sitting story. Orsino developed a friendship of sorts with Falhen in a AU were he survived the events of DA II but had to flee all the way to the Planascene Forest. Once Edith is here, she and Sir Thomas will be quite happy I'm sure. I might also get a crow to be Malak for Julian.Interact
