He's NS but he's the palest pink DOD I own He's not white enough to be WS either....

He usually wears his uniform, but when he's in normal clothes he wears a kind of ouji style.

Name story:

He was about the fourth Ivan I was aiming for, and when I finally won him he had to be called Victory. He lives in the same world as Glory, Chrono, Pepper etc so it's fine. There will eventually be more "virtue" type names in the group too.
