Worst Points:

Something is not right with the S hooks at her hands... it's like they're too big for the hole through her arm, so her hands just kind of flop and jingle, and I can't get them to sit flush. It's odd.

Sometimes, Blue Fairy introduces its "Friend" companies. Previously, they introduced "Dear Belle," which has now gone on to have its own website and monthly preorder periods. This company, Celestyn, seems to have only produced this specific head (although there's an "02" inside her headcap!), and Blue Fairy provided the Shiny Fairy body.
