Captain Rose is a pirate captain from the world of Ne, sailing the seas with her crew in search of fame and fortune. She's gained something of a name for herself, especially in the ports of the country Arcana. She's wily, cunning, and a shameless showboater, but deep down she has a good heart and a soft spot for the weak and rejected. For several years now, she's been under the effect of a curse that makes unable to walk on land; she sinks through earth, wood, and stone, but is able to walk on water. Due to this, she has special shoes and weapons with soles and handles made of fishbone and seashells.
