I chose this doll because his faceup was so striking, and he was the perfect size to fit in with my other dolls who I all wanted to be in a band together.

His clothing often loosely emulates the character he is based on. Pagliaccio wears mostly white with occasional black accents. He is very maximilist unlike the actual character of Pagliaccio from the Opera. You will see him with lots of lace, ribbons, and layers in his outfits.

I researched Italian Opera characters who were clowns and tried to pick what names went well with the characters, though their personalities/concepts aren't strictly related to the characters they are named after, their stories may be slightly inspired by, but only slightly.

Pagliaccio, nicknamed "Paglia" is the fiery and highly emotional lead singer of the visual kei band "Libretto" which has an Italian Opera Concept. He is named after the famous clown from "I Pagliacci". His visual kei band is a band of vampires that uses their music to spread their dark agenda (whatever that may be)

So far I only have one other member of the band named Rigoletto, a Volks Heath.
