Malachi has always had the power to manipulate shadows and darkness. Over the years, his powers diversified to
voice manipulation (including persuasion), empathy, telekinesis, and telepathy. It is extremely difficult to read what Malachi is thinking or feeling, since he is able to manipulate the feelings of those around him and deceive people by changing his voice to imitate anyone in the world.
