Lial is an Ice King, a powerful mage that has absolute control over ice. Just like the element he controls Lial is cold and emotionless; at least that's how he is often seen. Unlike his kin he is never driven by his emotions, in fact he rarely shows more than constant indifference. Like a frozen landscape, maybe he's just waiting for someone to bring some warmth and spring to his life.
