Reason for choice:

The El sculpt is lovely, and after I decided I was keeping my Delf Shiwoo, I felt that a Delf El would be a perfect partner for him.

Best Points:

Sturdy resin, good poseability for an older SJ body

Worst Points:

Lacks a torso joint, so less flexible than he could be, head connection is tricky

Jace is my other "rescue" project; his head was previously used as a practice head, now given "new life" as a full doll. Most of the work was done by Kitkaze, so he had much less work put into him than his partner Ed, but it was still satisfying to see him repaired and assembled into a full doll.

In the course of his canon (Agents of Artifice), Jace was approached by a mysterious being offering him the chance to have a wish granted. In exchange, he was to agree to travel to another world, sacrifice his memories, and compete to earn them back. While things started out well enough, Jace's experience in the caves went downhill fast, and he found himself quite jaded by the time Edward arrived. Still, he reached out, and was rewarded with a solid friendship that eventually developed into love. With little to tie him to his original world, Jace chose to stay at his lover's side when they escaped, joining the extended family in Resembool.
