Reason for choice:

Saw photos of this beasty on my FB feed, and instantly fell in love.

Best Points:

Poses well, and can stand up without sueding or much effort. Very sturdy.

Worst Points:

There isn't much room for even flat eyes in the eye sockets. The S hook holding the head on takes up most of the space. Face plate is attached with magnets and eye putty.
Had to have my husband squeeze the S hook into a different shape so eyes could fit.

He resides comfortably in the wholesome Peppercorn cottage with the elves, as he is a pampered little house dragon. Even for a dragon, he is very meek.
Although he may appear totally innocent, he still instinctively has a weakness for shiny golden things, and can't keep his claws to himself once he sees them. The elf family doesn't seem to mind, much to his unicorn friend's frustration.
His favorite things are admiring his gold button pile, resting on the hearth of the Peppercorn fireplace (when there's a fire), playing with his unicorn friends, and snuggling Barney every night on the top bunk of the bed.

In his mind he is small, so he tends to forget he's too big/ heavy for Barney, but is a lovingly tolerated oaf.
... Barney just hopes he doesn't grow too much.
